Lawsuit Filed against San Diego County District Attorney’s Office for Withholding Public Records in Personal Accounts and/or on Personal Devices

May 30, 2018: On behalf of Terrie Best, Briggs Law Corporation has filed a public-records lawsuit against the San Diego District Attorney’s Office, the County of San Diego, and Bonnie Dumanis.  The DA’s Office is accused of failing to turn over public records maintained by the former District Attorney in personal accounts and/or on personal devices.

Co-counseling on the lawsuit is attorney Abenicio Cisneros.
